A traditional design with modern materials. This is my late grandfather's house. Located in Kampung Dungang Tuaran approximately 30Km from Kota Kinabalu Sabah. It was originally built from bamboos, logs and coconut leaves decades ago typical of a Dusun Lotud's. It turned modern while the original design remain unchanged.
It used to be surrounded by trees up to 4 stories high and the air was always fresh and cool. As time passes, It's only time when the existence of the house once i called home will only be sweet memories.
